📎 The role

We are seeking a dynamic, self-starting Community Lead to join our Growth team. As our Community Lead, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and growing our online and IRL communities. The Community Lea-d plays a pivotal role in managing our external communications and building relationships with industry leaders and influencers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web3 and cryptocurrency, be comfortable collaborating with DeFi and TradFi professionals, and have a passion for executing engaging digital and in-person initiatives.

🧑‍💻 What you'll do:

• Act as the face and voice of our brand, manage and execute community communications
• Develop an engagement strategy to foster an active community, both online and IRL
• Organize and execute digital and in-person events to elevate our company profile
• Build relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and across the web3 ecosystem
• Identify community needs and relay them to the team, providing feedback and insights gained from community interactions
• Work closely with our Intelligence team to influence product development
• Monitor and report on community feedback

✅ Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• Proven experience as a community manager or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of web3 and crypto
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience managing and executing both digital and in-person events
